First United Methodist of La Feria has been involved with the Texas Ramp Project since 2015. We took the leadership role in training teams across the RGV. To date we have helped establish 5 teams. The mission of the Texas Ramp Project is simple. They create and support organizations that build wheelchair ramps for Texans who cannot afford them-to free them from being homebound and get them into the community. We are proud to have a dedicated group at FUMC who builds a ramp each month in our surrounding area.
